Meal Plan Monday #mealplanningmonday



Monday 30th April - Home made cheeseburgers with hand-cut chips and salad

Tuesday 1st May - Brinner

Wednesday 2nd May - Spaghetti & meatballs served with garlic bread

Thursday 3rd May - Jacket potatoes with cheese, baked beans, coleslaw and salad

Friday 4th May - Chicken Fajitas with cheesy nachos

Saturday 5th May - Cottage Pie

Sunday 6th May - Roast Chicken thighs served with mashed potato, roast potatoes, yorkshire puddings, onion rings, parsnips, steamed mixed vegetables, sage & onion stuffing and gravy

I could eat everything on this meal plan! Fajitas and nachos are an awesome combination :)
