Monday 9th April - Egg & hand-cut chips served with baked beans
Tuesday 10th April - Sticky Chicken & mashed potato served with salad
Wednesday 11th April - Caribbean Lamb & new potatoes served with mixed vegetables
Thursday 12th April - Spaghetti Bolognese served with garlic bread
Friday 13th April - Fajitas, served with cheesy nachos and savoury rice
Saturday 14th April - Brinner (*Breakfast for dinner)
Sunday 15th April - Roast chicken thighs, served with mixed vegetables, mashed potato, roast potatoes, yorkshire puddings, onion rings, sage & onion stuffing and gravy

Brinner! Top idea :))
ReplyDeleteBreakfast for dinner - a big thing in Northern Ireland (where I come from) where we often have an "Ulster Fry" for lunch or tea. Extra nice with a cup of tea to wash it down! Enjoy x
