Sometimes I forget to take pleasure in the small things. When things are getting me down I think I might just take a walk and remember that there is always something to smile about. Even something as simple as a lovely summer evening and knowing that sometimes the rain does stop long enough for you to enjoy it - you just have to make sure you're paying attention when it does.
A walk through town
Tuesday, 10 July 2012
I was walking back through town after Logan's swimming lesson yesterday evening and took a few of snapshots with my phone, it's not often I stop and appreciate how pretty it is but yesterday the sun was trying its hardest to fight its way out from behind the clouds and everything seemed a little brighter.
