Meal Plan Monday #mealplanningmonday

Christmas is over and I am back on the wagon... I need to shift my Christmas pudge (er, and the rest...) so back to SW friendly meals and calorie counting with more exercise and plenty of water from here on in. Not a resolution or a diet, just some healthy eating and getting back to my best.

Monday 7th January - Mustard chicken with swede mash and broccoli

Tuesday 8th January - Brinner*

Wednesday 9th January - Cottage Pie (topped with sweet potato mash)

Thursday 10th January - Cheesy broccoli and wholewheat penne bake

Friday 11th January - Fajitas (for the Mister & kids, chicken salad for me)

Saturday 12th January - Spaghetti Bolognese

Sunday 13th January - Roast chicken

I've joined in with Mrs M's #mealplanningmonday linky with this post
*Brinner = Breakfast for Dinner

Yum, I love that mustard chicken. I have pinned from your site the SW Bacon and vegetable pie to try at some point soon.

I love the idea of brinner! That's something we might need to copy at some point! I'm planning on making cottage pie for next week but must remember to take a sneaky peek at your recipe before I do. Some great meals & good luck with staying back on that wagon!

You are being VERY good to have chicken salad while they scoff fajitas - not sure I'd have the willpower! xxx

Love the idea of the cottage pie with sweet potato mash! I am on a diet too so always looking for ways to make family meals a bit healthier.

Thanks very much all, it's been a good week! I've not been angelic though so I must try harder next week! Thank you for your comments.

Brinner is one of my most favourite things and I don't have it nearly enough! Thanks for joining in and sharing your meal plan.
