I have lost count of the amount of times I have said how much we enjoy our family movie night, I hate to repeat myself but if you would like to see some of our recommendations then please check out our family movie reviews.
With Easter fast approaching I wanted to share two great movies that are perfect for enjoying with your family this weekend. Or indeed any weekend.

Combining live action with animation, this is a warm, funny story about how E.B. and Fred help each other grow up, that will appeal to both kids and grown ups alike. Two thumbs up from us.
It was no coincidence that Rise of the Guardians (2012) was released on DVD at Easter after first coming out in the cinemas at Christmas. Featuring fantastic characters like North (Father Christmas) and Bunny (the Easter bunny), it is the perfect movie to enjoy with the family during the holidays.
When evil spirit Pitch Black returns from being exiled to rob the children of the world of their youthful innocence & belief in magic, the immortal Guardians - North, Bunny, Tooth & Sandman - must join forces to cast him out again, and after the man in the moon selects a new Guardian, Jack Frost, they must convince him to join them to defeat Pitch.
Rise of the Guardians features the voice talents of Chris Pine, Hugh Jackman, Alec Baldwin, Jude Law and Isla Fisher (with a couple of uses of the word "bloody" courtesy of the Aussie Easter Bunny).
It is a thoroughly enjoyable family movie filled with humour and friendship, described as "brilliant!" and "fantastic!" by L & H. A definite must-see and one we will no doubt enjoy again & again (and again... and again...).

Something seems to have gone wrong with your polka dots, its making it very hard to read as the bit behind the words on the top half of the page won't go white. I do hope its easily fixable. Just thought you should know.
ReplyDeleteAh it's showing as normal for me, I'll see what might be causing it for you, thanks for letting me know!
