Meal Plan Monday 060513


Monday 6th May - Barbecue (gf/wf sausages, homemade lamb burgers, smoky country style ribs served with salad)

Tuesday 7th May - Bacon wrapped meatloaf

Wednesday 8th May - Whole roasted chicken with root vegetables & cauliflower mash

Thursday 9th May - Kebabs with cauliflower rice

Friday 10th May - Paleo Spaghetti

Saturday 11th May - Stuffed & wrapped chicken breast, served with rocket salad

Sunday 12th May - Roast beef
