Last week our meal plan took our taste buds all around the world, inspired by the Tenderstem® experience and their Around the World in 80 Ways Collection of recipes. We have enjoyed Italian style meatballs, a delicious quiche, a Spanish paella, Mexican beef fajitas - all complemented with Tenderstem®. The results were delicious, nutritious meals made with fresh ingredients, and all approved and eaten by my kids without any fuss! Sitting around the table for a family meal in the evening is very important to us, and so having the opportunity to try out these recipes and take part in the Tenderstem® challenge together was a great experience.
I enjoyed trying out the new recipes, and it was fun to prepare & cook broccoli in different ways than I normally would. It has inspired me to be more adventurous in my use of ingredients and flavours even with basic dishes, and seeing the meals so well received by the family has encouraged me to try other new things and see how we get on with those, too. The baked paella was probably the favourite of the recipes we tried although the quiche went down very well, I think A would have happily had that to herself!
You can find a whole host of inspiring recipes on the Tenderstem® website, why not take the challenge for yourself. Where will your evening meal take you?

YUM!! Your meals look delicious. Broccoli is a firm favourite of my two over here and often finds its way into our meals :) x
