Joules Wellies - for Touchline Mums & Summer Festival Chic

Thursday, 3 July 2014

review post.

Even with the sun blazing high in the sky and the long sunny Sundays spent at home pottering around in the garden through the Summer, the children's sporting commitments are never far from my mind. H's rugby pre-season starts in just a few weeks and J's football has continued on through the Summer with training and tournaments, and with that in mind I am thinking ahead to the Autumn/Winter months where I will be stood shivering in a wet, muddy field cheering my boys on.

Joules sent me a pair of their gorgeous printed wellies which will be perfect for keeping my feet warm, cosy, and most importantly, DRY through the long cold Winter to come. (Not an invitation, please don't come yet...)

These full length wellies have an expanding panel with attractive buckle detail on the outer side, which means that you are able to adjust the fit for maximum comfort - for example if like me you need a little extra room around the calf, or perhaps if you just have a thick pair of welly socks on.

Joules wellies come in lots of beautiful patterns and designs, from the navy spot, to attractive floral prints and stripes, with printed lining. Ideal for touchline mums, walking the dog through the woods, and even for teaming with a pretty Summer dress at a festival - those who got caught out by the rain at Glasto this year will attest to that particular fashion trend, I am sure!

I found the wellies to be comfortable and well fitting, and I can't wait to get out on the fields and give them a proper wear in. Though with the British Summertime being the way it is, I am quite sure I won't have to wait too long!

I received a complimentary pair of Joules wellies for the purpose of this review. The views shared are my own personal & honest opinions and written in my own words. All links are no-follow.
