Probably one of my favourite things about P6P is the way the group works together. Everyone builds each other up, spurs each other on, encourages each other. It's a supportive, friendly and caring environment and I am really proud to be a part of it. I've already signed up for the next round! Laura & Amirah are absolutely the best at what they do and I am so grateful for their help and support.
At the end of round two, which was 10 weeks & 3 days progress (as I was in Australia for the final week & a half of that round) I have lost a further 9.5cm, as well as another 6kg and my body fat percentage is down to 23.26%. I was delighted to be able to wear a size 10 dress to the wedding, and to feel comfortable & confident in swimwear. It isn't just about what it says on the scale, but about how you feel and this is absolutely the best I think I have ever felt about myself. I feel amazing.
The pictures below are my starting picture (taken Jan 4th 2015), week 6, and week 10.
I'm not going to lie, I cut myself a little slack while I was on holiday although I was of course a bit disappointed to find I had gained weight when I got back, but luckily it has come straight back off again in just under a week after getting back on track with my diet and upping my water intake. I'm quite sure that being dehydrated during our 27 hour journey home didn't do me any favours. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.
So - here's to round three, I can't wait to share my next progress report with you!
I'm still stalking you on MyFitnessPal - you are inspiring! x
